Hi. My name's Effy.
I was slimmer in 2010 and I'd like to be slimmer again. I want to get back to around 100lb (45.kg) and then I think I'll be much happier with myself. When I was 100lb before, it took me gaining however much I have gained now to realise that I should have been happy with it, I should have dealt with it and tried to maintain despite the slight issue I had with myself. But I have issues, I have big issues, they're obvious on here, but not so much in person, in fact you'd probably never know. I like the anonymity that comes with having a blog.
Bring on round two!

snacks: a few bits of chicken, a handful of sweets

dinner: 148kcal soup

drinks: 2 cups of coffee, 1 cup of tea

I’ve no idea how much I took in calorie wise. I was really, really drunk.

I’ll never lose weight if I keep drinking so much at work.
